    Cutting service for HPL laminate samples along with other materials. Can be cut from large sheets down to individual samples where sheets are supplied as the laminate only or when it has been bonded to board.

  • Laminate sample swatches

    As a provider of laminate swatch sets we cut samples from full sheet with round corners, hole punched, labelled and collated into sets with printed covers or more luxury cases.

  • Sample folders / Chip Charts

    We make sample folders or chip charts using an automated process which utilises a tooling ensuring excellent alignment and cost effective processes.

  • Radius or round corners

    We can cut the samples with round corners which is often preferable for swatches and often loose samples due to the square corners being sharp for users.

  • Hole punching

    Laminate samples can be hole punched so that they can be used in swatches or on POS displays.

  • Labelling

    We print and affix labels to loose samples & swatches so they are ready for the end user when the arrive with you. Labels can be printed any size in single or full colour onto paper or polyprop with a matt or gloss finish.

  • High Volume Requirements / MOQ

    We produce millions of laminate samples and are in a position to fulfil large orders, efficient production enables us to turn around large volumes quickly and cost effectively. Adversely although we do not have a specific MOQ, due to fixed setup costs the unit cost on very small orders can be prohibitive so some volume is generally required.
