Here we have produced a carpet yarn POM to take 150 POM’s. This example is a lovely design using a natural uncoated textured grey paper stock that we worked closely with the client on to move from their previous more dated livery to this modern, minimalist and fashionable style.
The POM box is created using the quality uncoated stock printed 1 col. black, mounted turnover edge to an unpasted grey board. The outer cases and aperture boxes are then assembled with printed die cut black foam inserts to take the carpet yarn POM samples.
There is a foam cover for the carpet POM samples to keep the POM’s in perfect condition and stop fibres from getting on the other colours which could detract from the colour the designer is interested in.
A firm magnetic closing flap finishes the presentation box showing the carpet yarn POM samples so it can be transported and stored securely and easily.
